Retirement Centers

When most people think of Adventist Health, hospitals, doctors and nurses probably come to mind. That’s why it may come as a surprise that we also have retirement centers.

In the Pacific Northwest, CherryWood Village in Portland, Oregon, and Wheatland Village in Walla Walla, Washington, are joint ventures between Adventist Health and Generations, LLC.

On the campus of Adventist Health Portland, CherryWood Village offers 356 units of diverse living options designed to fit the specific needs of each resident. Accommodations range from penthouses, cottages and apartments to assisted-living apartments. The center offers a chapel, movie theater, soda fountain and coffee shop, beauty shop, health clinic, health club, restaurant and more. In addition, daily activities are always available to residents.

Wheatland Village, located in Walla Walla, offers similar living accommodations and amenities to nearly 230 residents. Tucked among rolling wheat fields and picturesque vineyards, it is the ideal place to enjoy the golden years.

Another joint venture between Adventist Health and Generations, LLC, Paradise Village is located in National City, California. Offering 495 independent and assisted living options as well as various wellness opportunities. Paradise Village features many amenities including a beauty salon, ice cream parlor, bank, chapel, computer center, restaurant, and a tennis court and putting green.
